I eat
extremely healthy as well. I also drink as much as I'd like to, and
thanks to the years of practice that typically turns into quite a few.
I
was also underweight for years (150-160lbs 6'1") and was sick of being
the 'biggest little guy ' or 'littlest big guy' all my friends knew. So I
tried to drink beer...all my friends had beer bellies, I figured it'd
work.
It didn't, even after years. So I had to establish a very
specific diet...and I did...and it works fine. I know have a very
healthy physique...finally...and managed to keep fucking drinking the
whole time.
If it isn't your thing, just say that. But there is
nothing inherently unhealthy about imbibing a reasonable amount of
alcohol on a daily basis, nor is there anything inherently unhealthy
about imbibing an unreasonable amount of alcohol on an infrequent basis.
Science
be damned...stress kills. Lead a happy life and live as long as you
want. Enjoy yourself. As much as you'd like to. That's better than any
text-book best-diet-you-can-develop-in-a-lab.
...I'm sure your
life peppered with people who seem fueled by stress and if they died of a
heart attack tomorrow you wouldn't be the least bit surprised.
Ponder
that.
Or, just admit to how you are a mild mannered fancy-boy. |
