How healthy of an eater are you?For the longest time I've had nothing but unhealthy foods, and only until recently have I started to change my ways. A few months back I started drinking water instead of Dr. Pepper, and I've finally grown to the point where Dr. Pepper tastes "too sweet" for me to actually enjoy. My food situation has only improved marginally. I eat out less and try to cook healthy meals, but I still find myself eating unhealthy foods regularly. I did fairly well today, but my sister ended up bringing over brownies and I had 3 small pieces. I can't say I'm eating light, but I am trying to watch for vitamins / food pyramid stuff (not trying to loose weight, I can eat a whole cow and not gain a single pound, inb4 wait for your metabolism to break).
I don't drink soda. I try to eat as little processed foods as possible. I won't eat anything with artificial sweeteners or high fructose corn syrup in it. I don't eat anything that is fried. I limit my red meat intake. I limit my sweets but I still treat myself. I don't drink milk either.

I'd like to think I am a very healthy eater. No processed garbage, plenty of veggies, no sodas, no HFCS, and generally, I cook healthy foods.Only thing unhealthy that I eat is sweets. Damn sweet tooth.
