I did get to fuck a couple of my hot female co-workers (also not discouraged during business hours by management, as long as we clocked out), assist young beautiful provocatively dressed and often bra-less girls with second opinions and assistance.

I regularly came to work drunk/high and j'd-off as often as I could in the stock room bathroom.

And any time black people shopped in the store, I always always always busted them for shoplifting.

I wish it was legal to physically and verbally abuse shitty customers. Working retail would be better for everyone involved, both workers and customers, because the threat of violence would keep everyone in line.

The thing with Walmart, and probably retail in general, is that the lowest level management is making just enough money to put up with upper management. Just barely. They can't just leave and make that much anywhere walking in....but the entry level associates can. So what ends up happening is that the AMs have to manipulate the entry level workers (many of whom they used to be coworkers/friends with) into getting shit done but not hating their job at the same time. continued....

Old people who ask for items that were sold ten years ago

They will not accept the fact that you do not have the item in stock. Let alone that the company that manufactured said item went bankrupt. They insist you being them the nice man, who for all intents and purposes no longer works at the company, aad then leave, proclaiming loudly that theyll never ever set foot in your store again, only to come back fifteen minutes later, repeating the whole routine over and over again.

Working at a mall next to a retirement center is such a pain in the ass.

True story, my friend who worked in the supermarket came up after my checkout was closed, so I said right, ok hurry up and served him, some black guy who had come in saw me serving him and sprinted up and started thrpwing his stuff down so I pointed to the sign that said the checkout was clsoed and he started arguing that I was serving someone else, so I told him he was here first and only had one thing, refused to serve the nigger so he went off and found a manager in the shop and told them I had refused to serve him because he was black! No on believed him though and he had to go to the back of another que, I actually grabbed him as I was leaving and told him not to pull that shit ever again and he started saying loudly in his thick African accent that he was just the same as the other guy, at no point did I not serve him because of his race, I would have at least pushed this little coon but he was trying to draw attention to himself and make it seem that I was racially abusing him. Fucking nigger! later me and my friend laughed about that stupid nigger. I'm still angry about that little negro though!!! People in general who come into shops think they have a right to talk down to the staff though and I hate it

work in a mom and pop store, literally in the bronx for the rents. have customers always demanding ridiculous discount 80 percent of the time. Call me china man, chink you name it. fml.

I work at Famous Footwear, a shoe store. The bullshit. Oh my god the bullshit. We have to say "what kinda shoes bring you in today" 7 times out of ten their response is some smart ass remark that I've heard a half a million times before (the ones on my feet hurr durr) 2 times out of ten the answer makes now sense (shoes) and 1 time out of ten I get to actually help the customer. We've also not run our Buy One Get One half off since Christmas, but at least three times a day we'll have someone argue with me about it, and there are people who think an argument with a sales worker works like Rumplestiltskin or some shit where if the get me to accidentally say something it magically becomes true. You become hyperaware of shit you're saying in retail. It's the worst fucking thing in the entire goddamn world.

Me again, more FUCK NIGGERS IN GROCERY STORE rant
Be working at like 11:30 pm, store closes at 12:00 am
3 families of niggers walk in, grab 4 carts and proceed to shop
11:55 pm, we give a short message over the intercom that we are closing in 5 minutes.
One nigger bitch comes up saying "We aren't done, can we have more time?"
Manager calmly says "We close in 5 minutes so we can only give you 5 minutes to shop, please make your final selections and bring them to the register."
Nigger bitch gets up in his face calling him a racist and other shit.
Call Manager in Charge, who is black (love this guy, doesn't take shit from crazy nigger women and is seriously a cool mother fucker, probably the only black guy I like)
He explains the same shit.
She gets up in his face calling him a self hating nigger with the hard R to his face.
He calls security, who calls the cops, who remove her from the store.
The rest of the family bring all of their shit to the register at 12:10 and we calmly explain that our system is shut down and we cannot ring up any items.
They get all nigger mad and start blaming us for them starving.
Manager explains there is a 24 hour store right up the road.
They ask if they can take their selection there.
DUH, NO. No unpaid for item can leave the store.
They proceed to walk out with their selection like we said it was ok.
Security locks the door on them, with them inside.
Call the cops.
Take all 4 carts to the back and "ring them up" to see how much these niggers were trying to run off with.
Comes up to around 760 dollars.
They are all detained while we are free to leave.
Security and MIC get Kudos for stopping a bunch of thieving niggers.
The 5 or so of us up front get dollar raises and $100 gift cards for stopping the thieves.
Laugh as I spend it all on beer and a money order that I cash for weed.

More meat dept nonsense-

Was meat dept manager for a Kroger southside GA
Come in at 6am to do case cleaning, and mark down anything dated for tomorrow
Standard first markdown anywhere from 20-40% depending on what type of meat it is
Over time, people start showing up when I do, trying to get markdowns first thing in the morning
It gets so bad, people will purposely not buy meat at regular price, will only buy reduced meat, GP% is suffering, get "talked" to by mgmt
Start marking down stuff only 10% in morning, steaks only get 5% down to start
6am meat vulture crowd flips their shit, complains to mgmt about me "not marking down stuff enough"
Manager politely tells them to fuck off, wait until later in day for further discounts or buy it fresh
Mfw butthurt vultures have their little racket ruined
