Dude you're not ugly. You're definitely not a supermodel but I'd say you're above average on the looks scale. And as for how you'd go on hormones, I think you would go very well. You have quite a soft jawline, no visible adam's apple and no big manly shoulders. Eyebrows could do with a bit of plucking and you look like you could lose a few pounds, but only a few because you're not fat, I just think it would help you look more feminine.

I think one of the biggest problems in guys switching gender is them not often growing up as girls, so things like makeup have to be learned - and these pics show that learning obviously doesn't happen overnight.
