Let's look at it this way. You're starting your grown up life. You're very frugal, responsible and brimming with foresight... Then BAM.

You get cancer or some other terminal disease. BAM. In debt.

You get into an accident that recquires major surgery. BAM. In debt.

Your apartment gets robbed/vandalized. BAM. In debt.

Yeah, that's how it can work too.

Honestly, I think this person is full of shit. Sure, there could be people like that, but there are very few, and I doubt those very few would post their pics on newt gingrich.
Secondly, this person does not live in the same reality as everyone else. I'm glad they seem to think that working their ass off and getting their degree (funny they didn't mention if it was a MA or BA), however I know people have who 2, not 1, but 2 Master Degrees in subjects, and still can't find work because of the economy.

you are the 99% you don't seem to understand the concept. thats like having a thousand bucks between 1000 people and everyone has 0.001 cents. and the other guys has fucken 990 dollars. Or two guys having 495 bucks. just cause your not in debt and graduating.. you still admit you having nothing by comparison to the 1%.... THAT is the problem, no ONE person NEEDS that much MONEY/POWER its unjust, and thats why America gets shit president after Shit President over and over again cause hes working for the coorpoations NOT the people. It has nothing to do with you wanting to work for a living etc. Theres nothing wrong with people working for a BETTER living... but when one person makes money, simply because he HAS money... that doesnt make sense. the 1% are lazy... lol they profit EASILY, and their children inherit that and continue the corruption.

Fed min wage is $7.25 per hour (higher in some states)

So... 30 hours per week at let's say $9 per hour.
$270 per week, 52 weeks in a year
    $14,040 per year.
Cheap rent? $500 per mo? $6000 per year
    Leaves $8040
Cheap car payment? $150 per month? $1800 per year
    Leaves $6240
Car insurance? Required pretty much everywhere, young person... Liability only coverage? $100 per month $1200 per year.
    Leaving $5040
So minimum wage jobs don't come with health insurance... Would you like to not die?
$5040 is $420 per month to spend on health insurance, food, fuel, school, savings, anything.
You're fucked if anything unexpected goes wrong. You get sick? You're fucked. You're transmission breaks? You're fucked. You get laid off? You're fucked.

These people miss the point of what a good chunk of the protestors are actually arguing against. Its not debt, or not having a job. Its that capitalism is being shit on with government-bailed out companies and that corporate-funded politicians get to make sure it keeps happening.

It has a lot more to do with the fact that the many are being dicked over in favor of the few, and the many are getting sick of it. It doesn't mean rich people should pay so I don't have to work, its that they should pay so I don't love 1/2 my paycheck to taxes every single year

    idiot

there are people who just CAN'T achieve wealth

but sure, you can call wanting a child a failure.
or wanting an education, to not be forced to work a mc-job.
or not die at being 12 years-old.

If the numbers you picked had any validity to them, then perhaps your argument would be a little more convincing. Working 30 hours a week? Paying for health care, and then still being fucked when getting sick? Not to mention your car insurance statement. Half of your numbers are useless. Secondly, are you completely ignorant of the fact that raising the minimum wage causes higher unemployment? Not to mention the fact that all prices are driven up because of this. If anything, your solution of raising the minimum wage does nothing but lower the living standards of everyone. On top of this, it encourages people to illegally work under the minimum wage, further screwing the people who are stuck above it. As to your last statement, public schools give mediocre schooling at the very best. If anything, if we were to allow schools to be established on a competitive basis, then there would be MANY cheaper private schools. However, government runs a monopoly on cheap schools, in which it never has to worry about failing (as long as it keeps taxing and pumping them full of money). Your charity statement is ridiculous.

Come on guys, we can break these illusions.
Learn the truth, know your enemy.
The 1% is that group willing to use violence against you. That group is the State. There are two classes, the productive class who relies on voluntary interaction and the men with badges, guns, and titles (eg. Senator, President, Representative) who rely on violence.

We have a murder based society. That is the problem.

Ok, so what you're suggesting is that the government tax them. That makes the government more rich and powerful, but the people are still making 14k a year

are you seeing the problem yet?

Enjoy your life of mediocrity, no matter how hard you work, no matter how hard to try to achieve. Also enjoy knowing that you will never make enough money to support a family.

    Is this the American dream?

    that do the 99%

the 1% have their money overseas, so it isn't taxed.

i think you believe the world is too simple

that is how it works, nobody likes to pay too much taxes

these taxes are just a fraction of what the 1% really hold

plus, in the us, what is financed by it?
the military, the military, then infrastructure, public schooling, a little health care, and then your food stamps.
