ICT is quite an easy field to get into since it doesn't require much knowledge, so if your referring to IT in businesses then just work harder if an Indian is beating you. If, however you are referring to Computing Science which is my path in computing, then I deeply am guilty for you as I'd love to see more cultures in this line. Try to get as much references as possible in terms of past projects and programming designs, Indians who immigrated from India have an advantage here as job owners don't really look at their past jobs. But it's hardly 'taking all the jobs' in that line, as its a field thats drastically unoccupied anyway
