People who say aspergers isn't real make me rage (is not OP but also has aspergers). Yes, people with aspergers can become better at social interaction with practice, and it's also possible to get better at interpreting body language with practice (I recommend all people with aspergers watch David DeAngelo's video seminar called "Body Language", it's on torrent sites). But that doesn't mean aspergers isn't real or that it can be "cured".
