We just can't afford it. Our health care system the way it was, is the reason we were number one in the world as far as doctors, specialists, surgeons, etc...They have incentive to be great.

If you ask most people from Britain they'll tell you what a nightmare their health care is. Yes, it needed reformed, but not to the drastic measures it was taken. I actually do blame Republicans for this mess, because they had a chance to reform it the right way, when they were in power and they didn't. They blew it there.

That will then give people more money in their pocket. It will allow the companies to hire more people and because of the supply of jobs being higher than demand, wages/salaries would go up to attract the best workers.
