I just got the update for my iPod. The multi-tasking is certainly nice, although it isn't "real" multi-tasking (Only certain aspects like playing music, etc still run) otherwise it would kill the battery.

The folders are very nice, now I don't have eight pages of apps that I like to have but don't use every day, and the home screen wallpaper is nice. Now I don't have to look at the lame default background.

Overall, a nice upgrade and I'm happy that Apple finally made a fucking update free for iPods.

I dunno iPhone 4 is pretty cool but also the Evo 4G.
I know what's bad abou the iPhone is multitasking still kind of sucks and the folder amount is limited.
I know that Evo's cons are the 4G network being limited and having to pay an extra $10 for being out of an area and for Qik.
They both seem like the same phone to me, both have 2 cameras, apps, and what not. The reason I'm getting an iPhone 4 is that I'm on AT&T... In my opinion I don't care, I like em both but I guess I have to deal with my iphone and it's cheaper to get a 16 gb than the evo. I save $100, thanks to my update and get 16 gb.

I don't care about the cost for 3G's internet because I mostly use the internet when I'm in my house which has Wi-Fi. What I'm concerned about is the battery life on the Evo. Sprint Nav and Qik take a huge chunk on battery life unlike the iPhone 4. And even though the iPhone 4 now has all these bugs with the antenna and the yellowscreen, by the time I get it... it'll be resolved and probably more features will be made.. Let's face it. Apple is always going to be ahead of its time. Apple is going to be the first with the wow factor features.

I got mine on launch. Shit is sooo cash. No yellow spots or reception problems. The screen is so crystal clear and sharp, it's crazy. AFAIK there are no other phones with such a high DPI screen.
