03/31/10(Wed)12:27:40 No.212025XXX>>212024033 >American involvement in WWI did not push back the
Central powers in Western Europe, causing the fall of the German Empire
and its allied subsidiaries, allowing diversion of power to finish off
the Turks.
>Operations central to
an allied victory in WWII, namely the advance of troops along Pacific
Islands, storming of beaches, and securing of the French,
Czechoslovakian south, and southern German territories from the Nazis as
the Red Army advanced, were not carried out by Americans.
>>Also, by the way, Americans weren't the
majority of forces fighting in the Pacific theatre.
>Korea...
Well, Korea's a mangled mess
of a situation. U.S. and U.S. puppet state with too many concessions to
autocratic puppet governments backed by China and CCCP can go either way
in the situation.
>Iraq wasn't
spearheaded, or 'won' by American forces primarily, only marginally
backed by a 'coalition'. |
