have been a vegetarian for 16 years.
Recently I've started
eating fish again for the health benefits related to fish. I eat Salmon
twice per week or Tuna once per week, Catfish once per week or something
exotic like Mahi Mahi once every other week. You must be careful with
fish, especially large fish, due to the mercury content. Being
vegetarian has enriched my life in unexplainable ways, I feel a deeper
connection with animals and nature, I feel less responsible for the
slaughter of thousands and the large, seemingly unnoticed loss of life
that takes place every day in the name of a delicious hamburger. |
