1 - You're a PC tech, have you not therefore considered that most of the PC's you get aren't working properly?

2 - Clean the fucking fans out. 99% of the time something is overheating it's because there's dust/gunk from cigerette smoke on the fan(s). If the fans are clean then the user cleaned them out before sending them in, but it still did have shit on the fans and the motors aren't designed for the extra strain, especially if it was smoke.

3 - The retard didn't put it together properly, that gunk is actually pretty important.

Half of gaming PC's are put together piece by piece by the user, hence why half of them don't properly, because half of PC gamers think they know everything about computers when they actually know shit.

#1. Took 3 minutes to install Vista, and all my games load in less then 10 seconds (minus the logos). Crysis makes my i7 965 run at 13% (idle is 0-1%) Idle temps are around 35C, load at 58C.

#2 - Mine works, works damn fine, best computer I've ever bought, and I built it myself (saved a lot of money)

#3: That's THAT computer, that's a stupid idea. Like I said, mine idles low because I actually gave a shit and paid $5 for good thermal grease. $5 for a $4000 setup. If you knew anything about computers, you would do the same.

anyone with half a brain should know that computers are way more powerful than consoles. PS3 with a 500mhz GPU. That's shit!! My 4870x2 runs the desktop under-clocked as low as it goes at 500mhz and even then it's 0% load. You wanna talk about over-priced weak components? What about heat? It's real, and it's nice, but paying $1000 for the CPU seems really wasteful when I've only gotten it up to 20%. I figured I'd spend a lot of money now getting something really good, and then I won't have to update it in the future. By the time I need to upgrade my i7 965 (3.2ghz Quad HT) the socket-size MB and such won't even be around to just replace the CPU, so at that time, I'll just replace the whole computer.

People think that having 2 monitors is wasteful, but once you use them, you can never go back to 1.

Took out the lights in my case, too bright (the two rear ones). The case needs more room for cables on the side for all the components that can fit in it. A 1000w PSU has so many cables I have to hide them in a drive bay (should have gotten modular)
