The answer to OPs question is that the Time magazine stunt made 4chan more popular and we got an influx of newfags that have social filters and are incapable of creating good content because the younger generations nowadays are fucking retarded.

Anytime a place gets popular you get to witness how horribly annoying and base most of the population is.

Because each person has a different idea of morality.

One person finds CP to be terrible, so he reports.

Another finds a perfectly legit teen thread terrible so he reports.
