you dont need a filter to ban CP. The US and almost all the EU doesnt use a filter to stop CP. Really its just about net neutrality. The internet should have a very very small government presences. They should just check for things like CP Beastily (fuck you its wroooong but funny) or snuff. Other than government websites for info (.gov sites ect ect) it should be left alone. Giving them this would just ease people in for future control over what people see and do.
