    I'm new here I guess I should say. I suppose I should start with how I found /b but it's irrelevant. I am what most would call a "newfag" but to do so would be an insult to mine and your intelligence. I know what /b is capable of on an "IRL" basis and it's frightening.

    I know that the prime of /b is long gone. I know that /b is now overrun with people that destroy the essence of what /b is... it IS like fight club, the intangibles, the rules 1 & 2 sum it up well enough. My point is to get back to business, no more /b as usual. Stop calling people newfag and they will stop being newfags

    Also, originally 4channers didn't even use the term newfag. It was first used tongue-in-cheek to mock all the "n00b"-labellers found on MMORPGs, etc. The irony is that, by even USING the term "newfag", one is describing himself/herself.

    What's the point of using the word "newfag"?

    I can replace the suffix with the word -tard or -anon. For me the word "fag" is a derogatory word for gay males.
