I'm currently living at my dad's. I'm trying to save all of my money as I can, at least 2000 dollars by August 1st. I just don't feel comfortable living there anymore. I planned on staying there for six months while I find a job, but the job market for everyone has gotten worse. I tried asking everyone I know about any job leads and they keep saying no, no, and dumb reassurances that I'll get a job. By the time I get a job, it will be next year.

Problem is that it's beginning to affect my mental health. My major depression is under remission, and I don't want to it to flare up again. I still have SSI and food stamps. I just want out. I'm very close to just walking out from my family completely and just leaving because my father is a immigrant that thinks mental illness is nothing.

Whats your resume like? What are you good at? Monster, linkedin, or just going to places with a resume. You need a job before you can move out.
