I have two weeks to find an apartment in this area. I'm willing to look elsewhere, but it would make things a lot more difficult. Understand, this isn't a want, I need to figure this out. I'm selling as many items as I can to try to scrape together some money while setting it up and getting a new job. I'll have a roommate, so that's not an issue, we just both are going to start with very little funds.

I had found a place that was perfect. It was built onto someone's house. Partially furnished, all utilities covered, pets allowed, tiny deposit, rent was 375 which would be really easy to cover, especially since we'd be splitting it. Even allowed pets with no deposit. But that's taken, and I'm scrambling to find another good deal. As for stuff like housing or whatever, already looked into it, two year waiting list.

Help.

if something isn't on craigslist or listed with a property management company, it will be a little sign in the window of a house or a big sign in front of an apartment complex.

So you can either craigslist, google "property management company in x location" or walk around some residential areas.
