your parents don't want to accept that you're not their little kid anymore. talk to them about it, then be firm about it. if you planned a trip and they made plans for you without asking you first, do the mature adult thing and don't yield. explain them that they should ask you first. if you don't establish the limits yourself, they're never going to see you as an independent adult
