How do I deal with being coerced into a leading role at work, while being extremely content with my current role as the guy following orders, while knowing that I am in fact really good at being a leader?

tl;dr People want be to be a manager but I'm too lazy and don't need the money

you tell them you want all the necessary training courses for the job before you have to do them

they will ether not give it to you, or put it on hold untill they figure something out
