I know the stock market decently, so I'd probably play the stock market...a modest 2-3% a day is 200-300 a day which isnt unrealistic to get on a somewhat regular basis.

others will say to invest it in boring shit.

I'd say, invest it in a high yielding dividend stock (some pay up to 5% every 3 months) for not doing shit, plus the amount the stock gains if you find the right one (oil companies are good).

just something to think about.

Seriously though,
An Emergency savings is always a good idea. Maybe keep a $1000 of it for a rainy day.

Also, if you must invest it in something. Do not invest it in Walmart. Shit goes up for a few months and then dips too much. I had walmart stock for 4 months.
Shit turned my $600 into $21.
Fuck them.
