Hey guys I am just after some quick advice...

Yesterday my sister used my desktop computer and broke it.
Physically broke internal components and despite this she is denying any fault (she was the last user)
I asked her to replace the parts and she refused.

Then my mother told me to stop hassling my sister about my computer! So now I'm out of pocket for a computer that was decent and I'm forced to use my unreliable laptop that was made years back.

Can't you calmly ask your parents for a talk with them, and explain that she damaged your property on purpose? They don't seem to grasp the situation.

Why the fuck would you let her use it in the first place? I'd say just try and fix it and forget about it... and don't let her near it.

Your parents are responsible. It is their job to make sure you and your siblings conduct yourselves with honor. It's shitty that your sister broke your shit but you really need to reckon with your parents on this.

Take her to small claims. If she broke it (sister or not) she must pay for damages. It's a matter of principle. Gather all your evidence and go to your cou ty court.

Your sister is a fucking asshole and intentionally doing this because she does not give a damn about technology. I suggest you move out of the house the first chance you get.
