It's come to our attention that Apple has removed most if not all unofficial 4chan browsing apps from the iOS App Store. Unfortunately due to their policies, it's unlikely that they will be re-added, or that an official app will come to the App Store.

As part of our HTML5 code overhaul, we added a spiffy mobile view that works great on iOS and Android devices. Just access any of the boards as you normally would, and it will load automatically. You can also disable it via a link a the bottom of the page. While this is not a 100% replacement for a native app, it's a start, and fortunately Apple will support file uploads in iOS 6 which is due out this fall.

I know moonspeak so playing is no problem, but I'm curious, will I need to use my Jap VPN to play? Some games (Finding Neverland Online, TERA, pretty much anything from hangame) require a japanese IP address not only for logging in, but for playing at all (i.e. it checks every minute or so to make sure you're still on a japanese IP)

This test wasn't even planned at first. it's just a simple connection test to ensure that when the Open Beta starts they wont have the same server issues they did in the Closed Beta back in April.

It's up for only 5 hours today and 5 hours tommorow, and your data gets wiped at the end. This wasn't planned to be a test for players like the other beta tests, this is just to get their server shit worked out.

servers are down and the first day of the pre-beta seems to have been concluded. there's always tomorrow.

as for the desert mission, site says it's unlocked for even lv1s but I haven't seen anything. you'll get a code for the bouquet rifle to use on open beta after you clear the desert mission

For those running into the 601 Error: Make a new Sega ID and try again. Tested my friends and got error 601 (Same as her) but she was able to log in with my account and vice versa.

So it sounds like it just happens to be an issue with specific accounts.
