I have proposed on /q/ that we should have CGL broadened to include Cosplay, Gyaru, Lolita etc in order for it to include alternative J-fashions in an attempt not to get those threads banned now that mods are very keep on following the rules to a T. You eyebrows and your eyes are probably your most characteristic features and different eye shapes require being lined differently. The way you line can give an entirely different look to your face.

When you line only half of your lids it gives the appearance of your eyes being set farther apart, I do it for this very reason. Lining all the way around usually has the opposite effect of what most people intend, making your eyes appear smaller then what they actually are, see Jnig.
