I hate it when people claim it's "metabolism" when people have such obvious weight issues. And when they post and indicate image issues on top of that as trips on /cgl/ it's even more damning.

It's no different than how fatties say they are who they are because of their "metabolisms" when we know that for the -majority- of them it's simply a matter of them overeating and not getting enough exercise.
Same goes for people who purposefully calorie restrict and do not eat a lot, they're underweight because they do it to themselves.
A person with an average weight eats at least 1500 calories a day (2000 for men) and may exercise 4-5 times a week for at least 30 minutes. They should neither gain nor lose weight.

Being overweight or underweight, unless you're in specific circumstances, is usually not good.
And I hope for the people in either of these categories that you at least receive checkups annually.
Whether that's because of a mental illness, image complex, it doesn't matter. It's unhealthy.
And I'm tired of having to drop everything I'm doing to have sympathy for self-victimizing twigs n pigs.

These girls were the worst two P&S that the company got.

CR has always been considered shit tier among the scanlation and sub community. Having been involved with multiple Rizon sub groups and IRCHighway scanlation groups, I can safely say that none of the major groups have any respect for the individuals who started or continue to run CR. Some months ago Victoria used explicit social networking drama about a fairly known cosplayer (who is incidentally also my friend, which I'll get to later) in an entire article-blog type thing on CrunchyRoll. Some people may remember this. Victoria went on to get on her pedestal and think she was the messiah of cosplay once the article garnered a chunk of attention, and give herself asspats for her great piece of journalism. I sent her a wall of text of everything that was wrong with her article from a journalism perspective (not to whiteknight, my friend can take care of herself, but somehow the article really rubbed me the wrong way) and the first thing she did was send it to her CrunchyRoll editor and told me how her editor thought it was gold. Victoria proceeded to ask me to go on the live show and debate about the topic for more views.

The initial drama with what my friend posted was fairly minor, but Victoria used the material to cash out and blatantly admitted it afterward.

That is basically the meat of it. Other points of interest: she tried to defend her piece of shit article by saying that originally it was posted on her personal tumblr, and her editor magically found it and ~forcibly coerced her~ to post it as an outright article even though all it was was Facebook drama. She backtracked a lot compared to her initial smugness of her ~professional~ journalism, and had excuses up her ass. I questioned her editor's professionalism, but she kept saying how legit he/she was, bragging about their history as a writer on either The Huffington Post or The Guardian, I don't remember. But Victoria had pasted her editor's remarks on how my argument would be gold for CR's live show, and I couldn't differentiate the drama-hungry overexcited typing from that of a 16 year old teenager's. Victoria also frequently told me in our personal FB confrontation that she kept updating her editor with copypastas from our entire argument, to basically fuel her editor's lust for the cashcow bringing drama.

Victoria even told the original cosplayer outright that yes, her drama article got a lot of hits (thanks!). The only thing on Victoria and CR's minds is $$$$$$

The way you get FUNi jobs is by applying to open casting calls they post on ACP. If you have the costume, and aren't busy, they will probably accept you. For AX they REALLY wanted the angel versions, so two girls saying they have the costumes and are going to AX are going to be picked. They don't care about fame or whatever, but I'm assuming these two girls are on a list of people they'd prefer to not work with in the future.

At AX they basically had to scramble to find girls to cover for these two, which is shitty considering they still got free badges and DVDs.
