The grand plan was to start on something awesome back in december. That got delayed to starting in february. March began and I still haven't started but I realized the wasn't enough time for the super duper awesome so I had to find another project to start in March that's doable before AN.

Coscom wig finally arrived in the mail. It's far too green for Morrigan, and shiny as all hell. Then again, I was not happy with any green I found with other companies... I think Morrigan just has a weird colour in general.

Of course I can't contact anyone to return it. Might as well make the best of it.

Sharpie dying has worked terribly in the past for me... But thanks for the suggestions.

I think I'll just work some styling product in- it dulled my misha wig enough to look more natural and less obviously wig-like. The problem with Morrigan is that every single piece of artwork and cosplay done in the past shows slightly different colours. I've been watching actual gameplay stills most often to compare and got to green, but 50% of cosplayers do her as Teal. I think I can make it work if the rest of the costume is as bright and "8-bit" feeling, which it should be.

I got my /an/-tan wig in today. Should work out fine. Now I just needa find appropriate clothes. I was thinking overalls. She seems like a pretty farmgirl. Oh. and I needa make a spider for her hair! And alll the stuffed animalsss

Rest of the costumes are things I have already worn before. Kamikirimusi because I've only worn her to a con once, Sonic because there is a Sonic photoshoot on Sunday and I always like bringing out my favourite character, and L because... well I don't even know if I am wearing it. I have rinsed the wig out and I will need to restyle it. I also haven't worn L to AN before because it's kinda simple and the one time I wore it to Thursday pre reg badge pickup I got glomped.

The panel hallway is always too crowded, but is there anything going on in the ballroom fri night? if not we can just use the are at the top of the stairs, or the bottom. Everywhere else in the DT tends to be even more crowded (the tables by video, the front area) the only other place I could think of is by aurora, but that tends to attract groups of people too.

Another note, are we touring around as the Board Tans at all? should we arrange a short meetup in the early evening for that?

I was thinking about that too, I think that would be really nice. I just hate saying 'weather pending' in a case like this, but I'm sure we can make it work. Is anyone else in support of this? We could gather somewhere around the front entrance to the TCC? and if there's some reason that won't work (rain, weebs, snow) we can gather and leave (and leave a note). I'm all for it as long as it's reletively well lit, for people (like me) who haven't met any of the gang before, meeting new people for the first time in the dark is a little odd.
