Well then, since /cgl/ likes tests, let us have fun with something important: mental health.

    First up; an Aspie test:
    http://rdos.net/eng/Aspie-quiz.php

    Second, personality disorders:
    http://similarminds.com/personality_disorder.html

    Third, mood disorders:
    http://depressedtest.com/

    Finally; Lonliness quiz
    http://psychcentral.com/quizzes/loneliness.htm

    Have fun!

Oh yeah. Post it like this so it's easy to read. This thread could be fun, just to see how crazy/normal cosplayers actually are.

    Additional comments:
Pretty darn stable, rational and normal apart from 3 fun months in my life and the horrible, horrible 8 months that followed it. Ugh.

    Lonliness test score:
    34 - Extreme lonliness.
It's not that bad actually, I have enough close friends and people I know. Ah well.

LOL, posting with Aspie quiz first, but I don't get how to read the damn thing.

I do believe it says that I am normal. However - like most tests - I noticed some obviously biased questions. Like the rubbing your hands / tapping your feet. A lot of people do that. Taking next test for the hell of it!

    Narcissistic - 30%

This I find odd since I know I'm way more obsessive-compulsive than schizotypal, I'm not schizotypal at all, I'm very comfortable in close relationships, hence why they are close.

    Personality Disorder quiz.

I'm wat'ing pretty hard at shizotypal diagnoses. I function quite normally in close relationships, make friends easily and whatnot.

Some quirks in behavior, so maybe that's where it's at.

    >Yay I'm getting better! Also I have no clue was cyclothymia is.

It's a mild form of Bipolar disorder, with mild depression and mild hypomania. I have Bipolar I though, that shit can be awful when it hits. But still, I'm more mentally stable than a lot of people.

And about the high Schizotypical scores: That test is a bit bias. As soon as you fill in the "people consider me weird" thing amongst others you'll get a pretty high score.

The name of the combined illness you're looking for is Schizoaffective Bipolar Type.

It's pretty rare and awful. It differs from bipolar I with psychotic features from the fact that psychosis can occur outside of mood episodes. Also, the psychosis tends to be more like paranoid schizophrenia.

    >>5726518
It means that you're smack in the middle as far as Normal/Aspie features go. People with this score should be more able to adapt themselves in time to at least appear more neurotypical. That type of graph also is kinda common with people who were bullied.

    >>5726525
    >Setraline
    >Making me manic
    >Feels good.

Being manic feels good, I agree, but get your ass to your Pdoc as soon as possible.

It will only get worse from there on, especially since you're on a SSRI which is horribru for people with even the slightest bipolar tendencies.

90% of people with Bipolar I (The extremely part indicates that) will suffer from psychotic features, which will very likely lead to being committed in a psychiatric ward. Let me tell you that that will probably be the worst time of your life.

Meds that could save your ass at this point in time:
    -SLOWLY quitting sertraline
    -Adding Lithium to the mix
-Lamotrigine (I use this but it won't help you anymore)
-Second Generation Antipsychotic (You'll probably get the pleasure of getting to use this if it gets worse. Expect 20lbs gains in 1 month.)

Mental Health Advice for cosplayers general. At 4:37 in the morning. Fuck.

I'm actually diagnosed with major depressive disorder, anxiety (panic attacks included), and insomnia so the depression test, at least, seems accurate, for what it is.

Guess I should share. My SO and friend of mine scored about the same as I did.

I scored the lowest possible on the loneliness. And for the personality portion, Narcissism (cuz I'm neat) and Dependence (cuz world is scary and parents repeatedly said I couldnt do it alone, thxgaiz) were just a couple points over the average. Other things were under average but I lost my results when my computer crashed.

I have ADHD. That's.. about it. For just today, I'm feeling very... "normal".

And if you don't have a FB/FB friends, your score is LOWER. I just said that.

    Payattention.jpg.

Moderately lonely doesn't mean you're bawwing in a corner.
Not the greatest assessment, no, but it's the answers to the questions that ask if things could be less disappointing for that you answered to.
The average person would find those questions asked distressing.

Example: #2, if you gave no shits about having no one to talk to, you'd have hit "never", no friends or not.

The quiz wasn't for you, clearly. It's not complete shit. It's just not for you. I believe it's similar to actual assessments given, as depression assessments are pretty short as well.
