Okay, where do I begin.....
I'll agree that the second got more details, doesn't make them accurate though.

-Boots are the wrong colour
-Jerkin is made of what appears to be jacquard, not suede
-Embroidery is HUGE
-Wig is not curly, bangs shoved to the side, bangs too thick, bangs not parted down the middle, bangs about half an inch to and inch too long.
-Bootlaces wrong colour
-Sleeves inaccurate, no ruffle added under brown band.

Also the first looks like it was based on an alternate design, since it has what appears to be white pauldrons with gems attached and a loincloth instead of a white dress.

So while the first is inaccurate, the second is also inaccurate.

And lets not get into the quality of that wig.

the first girl is cosplaying that artbook piece. There is very little artwork of Finn Fish in Tanemura's artbook. It's mostly of Maron/Jeanne. There was an anime though and this is what she looks like in it. (at least when she has long hair, there's another version where it's short)

so no, no alternate design, just a poorly constructed costume.

Costume in OP is kind of funny, actually.. She forgot her white underdress part of it at home, so the shoulders and dress you see there are made from hotel room pillowcases, uncut and handstitched.
I give her credit for that; I just wouldn't have bothered wearing it.
