OP, little tokyo is in downtown LA about 2-3 blocks from Olivera Street, which is basically "little mexico." There are also a shit ton of Mexicans in downtown in general. So yeah, mexiboos.

I've also never seen anyone cosplay in little tokyo except for during festivals, thank god. Many weebs always there though.
