Oh hey there, I'd just like to point out to the people who are bitching that I'm making it biased towards /vp/, the main team I worked on is /n/, not /vp/. And what I did for other teams is take them from not being able to qualify to actually having full teams, discussing skill cards and rated players and formations. If I hadn't brought this thing back to /cgl/ last week, you'd probably still only have a 16 man squad.
The fact of the matter is you were actually winning games. You lose one game and suddenly that means everything is wrong and needs reform. You only lost by 1 goal, possession was equal, the only other loss you had from the test games was 5-3 to /n/. What you've basically done is change the formation with absolutely no testing because you lost one game. Your new formation, lineup, rating and players with positions should all be properly tested before you implament them so you can actually see if you've got a good team, instead of just chucking a random team out there that looks normal by regular football standards.
