Started working on this monster last night. Basically it's going to be a happy medium between this one and the original dress. The bodice is boned and lined and the skirt is started. Oh god, how am I going to get all of this done by Friday?

not crying over my budget for this upcoming convention and figuring out how to make it work. I thought I had it all planned out, and then my partner's ours were cut by 30 this month and I was sick for a half a week... so we're out around $1000 dollars.

I don't really mind wearing one costume all weekend, but I'm afraid people are going to think I'm dirty...

Finished a mock-up of the base for Mephisto's hat in episode 25. I don't know if I just want to use interfacing when I make it or line it with more of this poster paper. Both?

Anywho, I know I've been fairly absent in the progress threads just because I've been buckling down and getting everything done for Katsucon. So here's all my progress as of this moment.

I still need to remove the rest of the top trim for Saber Lily. Really not happy with it. i mean, in general I still have a lot of work left to do. Hoping to get her mostly finished today.

Himari is the only costume 100% finished... I need to find a way to get the sheer ruffle to come out more though. I have some ideas, just need to figure out which one will best work.

Hard Disk Motoko is one of my dream costumes. Hoping to have her finished at Katsu. I plan on this costume being one of those ones I keep upgrading as I go. Also need to fix the top so it doesn't smush my padding so much.

Uniform is finished minus putting on the other sleeve. I'm a big fan of giant sleeves.
