I gave it some more thought and I've got a couple more suggestions:
- Get a lip plumper! I really like too faced's lip injection, and a super glossy one from NYX
- Do a bit of a shimmer on the top of your lip (it might sound silly but it creates an optical illusion of fuller lips when done right)
- Go with a subtle winged liner on your upper eyelid?
- Maybe get some individual lower lashes?
- Bangs on a wig that frames your face?
