The top and the sleeves need fitting. You could probably try to take them to a tailor.

Honestly this is the only Snow Miku design that isn't terribly tacky IMO.

You know... you could learn to sew so that you don't have to freak out over ordering shit?
Also that way when someone compliments you on your cosplay you can have a sense of pride because you made it yourself, instead of just standing there awkwardly while they compliment you on your skill in buying something.

I had the same issue with my Noel cosplay. I work at a tuxedo store so they are used to taking things in, and they did it perfectly for me. Just bring it to a tailor. It really sucks when shit like that happens, but you learn from those experiences. It shouldn't cost you too much to have the skirt fixed.

You should have chosen a white base instead of that metallic material.

I think it personally looks fine. Yes the skirt can be taken up a bit, but I don't think the shirt has to be taken in a lot at all.

Also; I do like the fabric choices. A lot better than most online places.

Older Snow Miku has metallic parts. Project Diva is matte white and the recent is more blue.

So what are actual good sites to commission from?

Yeah, I didn't want to say anything but it should be either white or silver/grey - it looks ivory to me. The shirt looks like a good fit, though, actually, though the skirt should be taken up a ton, and that actually looks like high quality satin - a good fabric choice for the outfit.

Unfortunately, it turned out their seamstress was selling her work (our comissioned designs) to FanPlusFriend, in violation to her contract. Last I heard, they were looking for a new seamtress. Otherwise, they were always very punctual and easy to communicate with.
