Question, which is your favorite Zelda games? If I remember correctly, my husband said his was Link to the Past. He finished playing Skyward Sword, let a friend borrow it, and now that we got it back I plan to play it.

Ah yeah, the second time is haaaaard.

What I did is do it normally the first time (jump onto his head from above and hammer in the spike)
Then the second and third time get above him, hit him with the groosanator and then jump on his head whilst he's stunned.
Only problem is if he climbs the wall when Groose is reloading, then you have to go and hammer at his fingers and pray.

Self posting, but it's thread relevant. I'd like to cosplay Fi or White dress Zelda from Skyward sword. My husband originally wanted to cosplay Pipit since we have a friend who wants to be Link, but Shambler wants to do that with his girlfriend as Karane. So now we'd need a new character. I keep teasing him and say he should cosplay Beedle.

I think her head looks a little funny. None the less an awesome cosplay!

She insists on her coscom that it wasn't heavily shooped, but I beg to differ. Unless her far hip magically becomes smaller behind where her arm is.... and unless her thighs are actually that... wavy... It essentially looks like she used the clone tool to make her bottom half thinner.

See Karane and Pipit would be ideal because it's basically the same costume times two.

Just have him dress as a Sheikah Stone. Just have him buy a large grey blanket, wrap it around him all Charlie-Brown-dressed-as-a-ghost style, throw some color on it, and then you can whack him whenever you find yourself in need of thinly-veiled hints at what to do next.

Not if I went the zentai suit route. I'd order a dark grey or black zentai suit for the base and work from there. I think the actual most difficult thing would be securing the stone to the chest. It'd take some time, but not impossible. I'd probably go with one that goes up to the neck, then do the face paint since you have the ears and the wig.

Hey, I'm willing to do it. I can always make a body mold to put the suit on, and sew the details on. It's how I did the eyes on his Scarlet spider. Since I had made a wighead, it was the perfect size and made it easy.

Something I love about the Zelda series is that there is a cosplay for pretty much every body type. The characters tend to be rather diverse in shapes, heights, and while there's not TOO much variation in terms of race you've definitely still got the option.

Does anybody have any tips for Sheik's bodysuit thing? Was getting of two zentai suits, a dark blue one and normal one, and cutting the normal blue parts out and sewing them onto the dark blue one? I've never sewn anything stretchy before so I'm not sure how well that would work out.

Thanks! The draping is hard to do without much experience, and I can't describe what I did for the life of me, so I can't help you there. The mask, I'm really struggling with the hair part at the moment. It looks better since the picture but still.. I don't know. Casting will probably look tons better.

I just used a generic mask for her face but I'll be repainting it so it doesn't look like Fi's doing a Permanent blue steel.
