Server issues today were 100% related to an operating system upgrade (Mac OS X 10.7 Lion) gone wrong, and has absolutely nothing to do with CloudFlare. The CloudFlare pages you see are cached versions that only show when the backend servers (our servers, a Mac Mini cluster) go down. Every single CloudFlare error in the past month has been on our end—not theirs.

I think it's finally time we ditch Darwin for Windows Server 2008.

YES. It would be the grandest of tragedies if we all had board-tan costumes but didn't even make an appearance to the 4chan panel.

I've never been to it, but if memory serves correct there's normally 2 different 4chan panels at AN, an all-ages one and an 18+.

I heard last year that the all-ages one was pretty bad, just teens shouting "THE GAME" and "OVER 9000" memes throughout the entire thing. On the other hand, I'm not sure how the 18+ went, but I'm sure it was more tame.

Should we try to go to both, or just one or the other? I'm also pretty sure not everyone in our group is 18+, so it might be a problem if we try to get int that one together.

i went to the 18+ one and it was just /b/ going HERP DERP ANONYMOOSE.
i feel like with the size of the room it was held though, if the whole boardtan group went, we would take up pretty much the entire room.

I seriously have no idea. I try to shower twice a day at AN. When I wake up and sometime around 8 or 9 before I go to the rave or a hotel party. I dont know how someone can go not only the whole day but the whole WEEKEND without showering.

I'm running the panel/s for the third year in a row! (woohoo!)
Last year we didn't have an 18+ one (not enough panelists).

The 18+ panel in 2010 was beyond packed. I don't recall any BO or bad smells but maybe that's because I was a little away from the crowd itself. but that happens at a con, get a bunch of people in costumes jammed into a room, you get heat.

We technically broke fire code with that panel, apparently. There was so many people. I'm going to try for a bigger room (normally the panels with A/V are in a slightly bigger room...lets hope.)

I'm also going to see what I can do for both panels being on Friday. I can't wait! So excited for the board-tan group~
