Bro, you might wanna consider just carefully applying a Highpass filter instead of sharpening the shit out of it, which can look pretty bad (all those distorted pixels..) and then cleaning up some of it by erasing some of the filter. Though that pic is a little hopeless in the blur department anyway.

And don't be afraid to go in and make some minor touch-ups after you're done with your CSI enhancing. For instance in the original pic, the girl on the left's teeth didn't come off all that yellow, but your saturation boosting has made them much more yellow in appearance. A few desaturating swipes from the sponge tool can clear that right up.

Shit, all you need is to run it through the lens correction filter and you're set. What are you having trouble with?

Also a bit overboard with the background filters there, buddy. You want them to look a little more on the natural photograph side. Get your figure to pop, but not pop out if you get my meaning.
