"Make
nearly all players stats (yes, stats) the same (as in, 66), and to
counteract this, make 3 Bronze Players (77), 2 Silver players (88) and
ONE Gold player (99). Only exception, determine their exact position (as
in: CB, LB/RB, DM, OM, SS, CF etc), get THAT rating up to the level of
the player (66, 77, 88 or 99) and all the others, depending on the
player's position, to either -1/2 (ie 33, 38, 43, 48) of player rating
for somewhat related positions to the player's (ie CF and SS, DM and CM,
LB and RB), to -all to unrelated positions.
I know some stats are not determined from 1 to 100 (like wrong foot and all), but for those it should be:
-Normal Player; 3 levels under the top one
-Bronze: 2 levels under the top one
-Silver: 1 level under the top one
-Gold: Top level
That way, everybody gets similar teams, but formations will STILL matter.
