That is the one time it's different though, she was asked not to wear Lolita because it was her niece's birthday party.
Lolita is kind of scene stealing so I see it as bad manners to wear it to a party or wedding unless the hosts asked you to.

also judging by the file name the comic was pulled directly off DA, so most likely it's not the person who made it posted it.
