If you think he will bother you, than just don't talk to him. If he wants to take your picture, say no. You are not bound by law to pose for everyone, and if you ever do feel uncomfortable by a pose you are asked to do, then say no and walk away.

If you are worried about this guy then just avoid him, at any con you will see the same people a million times during the weekend BUT he doesn't go up to random people and rapes them or attacks them with pictures. I know him and whenever I see him I pretend I don't know him and turn the other way, so it is very easy, he always has a ton of people around him so its not like hes going to zero in on you unless you go up to him and start flirting or wear a low cut top and flaunt your boobs in his face, or show your feet, just just wear something that isn't slutty and you should have no trouble that weekend.

Sorry. It's a photo taken at a public event, and the photographer owns the copyright by default. Unless it's something obviously skeevy (and usually illegal) like pantyshots, I doubt you'll have much luck short of 'accidentally' breaking his camera.

Honestly, the main thing you need to know about him is that he's the type of person who does not keep his fetishes private, at all. Most people in the kink/fetish community are NOT this public about their interests and certainly don't try to get people involved who aren't aware that they're participating in someone's fetish fantasies. Tom is not like most of that community. He's got a thing for girls in scenarios where they seem helpless and vulnerable, mostly involving some kind of bondage. He doesn't seem to be into rope or ties, though. He's very obviously into handcuffs (he brings a pink pair with him to nearly all events or conventions and will photograph or film girls wearing them around their wrists or ankles), but his main interest seems to be glue or some kind of adhesive as a form of bondage. He started off filming LARP videos where girls pretended they were trapped in spiderwebs, and then went on to film girls pretending their feet are stuck to the floor with glue. They'll pretend to struggle and pull at their ankles. He's been filming scenarios like this for at least five years and participants generally don't seem to catch on that he's doing it because he has a fetish. These days, his fetishistic interests are WAY more obvious considering how his "photoshoots" typically involve characters with bare feet and a lot of pantyshot angles.

Anyway, he really needs to make more people aware that he's using his female acquaintances or friends to create more fap material for himself and for whomever he chooses to share these photos with (deviantArt, Youtube, and so on), since so many of them seem to be COMPLETELY oblivious. There's a reason very few halfway decent cosplayers seem to work with him. His reputation precedes him.

I honestly wouldn't know. He's asked me for one before and I've turned him down, so I can't really tell how he operates during a shoot. All I know is that he'll pull this shit on girls as young as 15, so either they're aware of what he's doing and just crave attention (example: the girls he shoots most frequently, Laura Blackbeard etc) or they're oblivious to the concept of glue/foot/handcuff/bondage fetishes. The local community is pretty young, with a lot of teenaged girls.

His fetish interests weren't quite AS blatant until he started doing the handcuff thing, so I used to get blasted by people because I couldn't "prove" he gets off to it, therefore I was wrong to assume he does it because of a fetish. At this point, though, I don't think anyone can really deny it unless they're a complete idiot. The kind of people who are interested in his photos and videos and comment on them are a dead giveaway, too (people with usernames like "toelicker" pointing out the cosplayer's "nice feet," etc). So part of what makes him even skeevier is that while these girls seem to be okay with putting themselves in compromising positions for Tom because "he's nice," what doesn't really click is that it's not JUST for him, it's for all the other fetishists who have common interests. He's not the only one getting off on their photos or videos, it's a handful of older dudes with foot/bondage fetishes.

I'm sure that in terms of demeanour he's pleasant and friendly enough. I'm only indirectly creeped out by him based on what he does, not how he acts as a person. He could be the nicest guy in the world for all I know, but he still gets butthurt and starts acting like an entitled, bitchy manchild whenever anyone implies or flat-out tells him that his weird little hobby of filming or photographing friends in a fetishistic manner and then posting it online is inappropriate and reflects badly on him.
