    With the 2012 con season sneaking up on us rather quickly, I'm rather curious about /cgl/ meetups at cons. I've never been to one since I'm usually hanging out with my own friends and they basically see /cgl/ as nothing more than sorry, butthurt bitches who complain all day (it's kinda true guys sorry). But through g+ and TC I've met some pretty awesome people on here, so my question is how are /cgl/ meet ups in general? Any stories or experiences you guys want to share?

    meet ups can be a fun experience, ive only been once but everyone is friendly, its almost surreal that meet ups are full of such fun people that come from /cgl/ or 4chan

    Having organized one before, /cgl/ meet-ups are pretty awesome, I have to say. I know we can come off as catty, classless bitches, but quite a few of us are really quite nice and chill in person. I for one had a fantastic time at the meet-up I attended. Everyone was goofy and real sweet.
