Probably Francesca Dani. Lots of cosplayers have done things /cgl/ hates, but either it was for a short period of time or they had some redeeming quality. Kim the Cheater stopped cosplaying, Adella has some nice costumes, UsagiKou does actually make a good Sailor Moon, etc. But FranDan managed to piss everyone off...her costumes and make-up were terrible, she uploaded her cosplay photos to a paysite she owned, she went on talk shows in Italy and embarrassed the entire cosplay community, and she had a body so repulsive even guys didn't defend her in FranDan threads.
Pic related--creepy drawn-on eyebrows, tacky gloves, and PVC in a Zelda costume. And this costume was made last year, so it's not ancient history like Kipi drama.

She posted tons of heavily photoshopped nudes on her paysite. I recall she had the craziest nipples. Her figure was kind of substandard...small breasts, no hips, tons of ribs showing. And she had one pose she did for almost every photo--people used to call it "doing the FranDan." You can probably Google that phrase and find photos of people mocking her. She also tried to release a memoir and claim she was a cosplay celebrity. I don't have the photos, but people compared her photoshopped portraits to photos of her in real life and it was pretty hilarious.

While Usagi Kou was a drama train wreck, she is the reason I started cosplay. When I was younger, I remember seeing her Sailor Moon cosplays on coscom and I was like, "OMG PERFECT SAILOR MOON I WANT TO DO THAT."
She made a damn good Sailor Moon.

It was brought to a room party/gathering back at Youmacon 2008.

Now, I don't remember much of what was on that DVD, but there was one "scene" in which I remember. This whole DVD was like, I guess what you could call a tease DVD? The one segment I remember the most was one in which she (Fran Dan) was driving a car, and suddenly, she gets into an accident (I think she like, rolled the car down an embankment or some shit) and then she starts rubbing her shit like no tomorrow. I don't know if there is some fetish about car accident or some shit, but that is clearly what was going on.

The rest...it was either entirely forgettable or I was too buzzed to remember.

PT has done some rage worthy things though I think a good deal of it is just frustration. She hasn't really backed down but lately she seems to be breaking. Rage worth things she had done:
-asked for donations for her 'nippon no yume' aka money for Japan/cosplay/random weeb shit
-shown insensitivity/ignorance of natural disasters, terrorist attacks, etc.
-writes catty/bitchy comments about women of all body sizes but the one she thinks she is
-went in tc and turned on her mic so people could hear her mother yelling at her to shower because she smelled bad, for sympathy (mind you she's 26 and lives off her parents)
-bad mouths her parents, and has even said she thinks her mom cheated on her dad with a Japanese man all because of some generic Asian wind chime on her back porch
-Has job, but bitches because mom and dad make her pay for her own gas, car repairs, doc appointment, etc yet is not forced to pay rent, ultilities
-Constantly bitches about being poor while buying $13 packs of daifuku, $80 kigurumi pj's, and other overly expensive weeb shit
