Why is twilight sparkle almost always drawn as a dark skin person? I like it but I am just wondering why most artist draw her with darker skin.

i plan on doing Vinyl Scratch for katsucon, i already designed the outfit. I posted a few days ago on the help thread, asking about pony ears. Finally came up with a way to make them with foam.

Yesterday i found out my lil brother(6) loves mlp! But my 12 year old sister is teasing him about it, and its making him feel bad for liking it. I can't wait to see him on monday and let him know his big sister and boyfriend watches it too. Hopefully he will feel better.

Bumping from page 11 with a question. I want to make some pony-themed jewelry to sell on Etsy or maybe at conventions. The problem is that my idea is to use vectored images of the cutie marks on pendants and I'm worried I could get into legal trouble. I've looked on Etsy and people sell copyrighted images like that all the time (like buying one of the toys and putting it on a chain, not kidding) and at Artist Alley-type places people sell drawings of copyrighted characters and stuff. I dunno though, what are your thoughts, honies?

Personally, I don't find height matters much in cosplay. I'd wear some heels though. They'll make you feel better about your height, and they fit Rarity's character.

Then about the wig, Most people I've seen that cosplay Rarity has used a more purplish wig. I have twå colors here that I like. The blueish purple is more like Rarity's blue haircolor but it might be too dark? Which one would be better (and yes I'm gonna style it in curls)
