I'm surprised. All 3 of those Judy cosplayers look quite nice. I've run into a few that we not the right type at all for the costume and it just didn't work for them.

Meh, I think it's relatively secure. The Tales franchise is a lot stronger over in Japan than it is here (probably because they promote and merchandise the fuck out of it etc. over there) but just because the studio got absorbed by Namdai doesn't mean there will never be more Tales games.

I think that depends on what they had in the works. Most studios have a bunch of projects going on at the same time in various stages so I greatly doubt they kicked up their heels and were like "Aight, 9/8/11 has come and passed, Xillia is out... now we feast and frolic until a new idea pops up!", idle hands and all that.

This guy is one of my 2 favorite Regal cosplayers, I wish there were more pics of his costume besides this pose and a group pic. The rest of the Regal cosplayers I have seen tend to be way off in terms of physique (as in severe muffintop happening) or just badly executed costumes.

Any of the people posting the pics also Tales cosplayers? I decided to add a few characters to my list, having been a fan for some time.

How the fuck do you guys deal with the color schemes? They are all different depending on what source you look at. Do you go with in-game colors, original artwork, cut-scenes, fanart?

As I see it, the Tales series is first and foremost a series of games - and from that, I'll use in-game colors/art as my be-all, end-all; in-game cut scenes tend to be pretty close, though original artwork might differ a little from the in-game version and fanart can be all over the place.
