I was at Youmacon and I didn't see this guy, regardless I think this story got a bit blown out of proportion

Late to the party, but the peripheral facts that are slipping through the cracks here at that the actual 'rape' incident happened several years ago, making it kind of irrelevant in the present. The rape in question was consensual sex between an under-aged girl and a guy who I believe was 18 at the time (not entirely sure about that. Grapevine and all that.)

I've also heard that at the time, the girl's parents were okay with their daughter having sex, but make of that what you will.

The long and short of it is that the guy isn't a rapist and the whole incident likely boils down to, "I had sex with this guy, and then regretted it, but to make myself feel less like a naive idiot who made a mistake, I shall paint him as a sociopath who forced me into having sex with him."

Seriously. Serial Rapist? Does it become rape if you change your mind in the middle of the act? Does thinking 'I wish I didn't fuck that guy' make the guy a rapist?

The whole thing is sketchy and the problem is the timing. It's one person, claiming this guy is out and about, raping women by the truckload, years after.

That I noticed. First it's "Oh the security staff is victim-blaming!" and then she supposedly spoke with them and was satisfied with the action they took, and then...wasn't...?

Well, that makes sense on some levels. It can be hard to go to the police about sex crimes because unless you're a "perfect" victim they make it really difficult and it seems like they put you on trial as much as the accused. But it could also be that she's lying... I don't know.

This is also sketchy. It could mean there aren't any, or it could just be that F!S and a tumblr post isn't going to reach enough people for them to hear her story and come forward to confirm it.

I guess I won't know definitively... She should really come forward non-anonymously. I get wanting to protect her identity, but it takes away all the credence and makes me concerned that she's destroying the reputation of someone innocent.

1) Judo met TC at Youmacon 2006. She became a huge fangirl of his, and continually joked about wanting to rape him. She also joked repeatedly about how much she wanted other friends of hers to take advantage of him and rape him, all in good fun. This does not discount the fact that TC is a creep and loved all of the attention from 15 year old girls.

2) As a way to "get him" and "win him over", Judo came up with the idea of TC moving in with her. She used him getting a place to stay as the reason he had to be her boyfriend. Yes, Judo was the one who "forced" TC to date her. He moved in BEFORE they started dating.

3) Judo, following her mom's complete lack of boundaries, and complete need to be "the cool girlfriend/mother", insisted that TC make out with other girls. Again, TC is a total creep. Judo is a fucking nutcase though. The parents have no control. You should meet brother Josh (seriously, the kid will probably try and molest you upon saying hello, and the parents do absolutely nothing about it).

4) Judo was the one of the group who was always pressuring people. She'd tell girls "Touch him there" and "Let him cuddle you" and "Let him lick you". Of course, TC was completely okay with all of this. I was one of the girls Judo was always pressuring to do things with TC. She would repeatedly tell him "You can never break up with me because I'm the only girlfriend who would ever want you to do this."

5) TC was a complete mannipulative asshole as well. When Judo didn't want to take things to the next level, TC would say things like "Oh, I already did that to you when you were sleeping" or "we already had sex that one night don't you remember?" Everyone would laugh about this, because Judo said things like this all the time herself. However, Judo would get freaked out later. TC seemed to like pissing her off like this.

6) Again, the parents were always oblivious, and never seemed to do anything about anything. Josh is a fucking psycho and I could barely even go over to her house because of him. Judo was the fangirl who put all the pressure on EVERYBODY. Tc was the creeper living the dream.
