I thought this was funny as shit.... I had a teacher like this, he always did a face palm when he would ask "Any Questions before the test?" and someone would say "OH, OH! SENSEI! What does Sasuke mean?!" Grented...if we came to class in cosplay(like...once a month) we would get 10% extra credit...i thought that was kinda cool

It's currently NBC's highest-rated scripted show. It's had a bit of a renaissance in the last 5-6 years.

The members of my old college's anime club crying about how they hate SNL on Facebook is delicious. These people are pretty sane so I don't understand why they find it offensive, but it's still hilarious.

Having high ratings =/= Any actual artistic value or merit from the writing, which is severely awful these days. I've heard people say that it's gotten better now, because I stopped enjoying the show when Jimmy Fallon and Tina Fey were headlining the series. My family watches the show and every time I end up sitting in on it I just cringe; I honestly think it's somehow even worse now.

I wish I watched it when it was on, but I don't mind Hulu'ing either.
