Andre was mad chill, and Arturo was a bit spacey and weird. Doom is really cool, some of his harder combos are beautiful. But Wesker is a little OP in my opinion, at least mostly in mvc3 since he has the most health, can hit like a truck, and is very fast with a teleport. And when he's in x factor it can be really damaging, even an eight year old can play him. Did you see Noah at evo or watch any of it?

I can't wait for Strider, but shit they gave him such low health. Nemisis is going to rape him in like 3 hits, Phoenix Wright is someone I'm so hype for. I was kinda let down by Jean Grey in mvc3, something wasn't Wright there. Zing.

Well, that sounds like the Arturo I would expect haha. But Dooms combos are awesome and from the footage I've seen of UMvC3, he is just stronger. Wesker is one of the best characters in the game but I mean, I wanted to play him as soon as I heard he was getting into MvC3 and he is the character I'm going to stick with. I've heard he has been toned down in UMvC3 so that will please a lot of people I'm sure. Also I did watch EVO and Noah did pretty well and well but I mean you put Wesker on your team and well, you got yourself an extremely solid character so you can have him as anchor or second or whatever and he is going to be pretty damn good.

I want to see people get to grips with Strider because right now, I just see the footage of him as kind of boring, but then again, I could say that for all the new characters since there isn't anything special going on with them because people can't sit in the lab with them. I think at Ultimate Norcal vs Capcom people were doing some pretty sick stuff with Ghost Rider though which was impressive. I'm so hype to learn more about Phoenix Wright seeing as the evidence bar, his powered up state and that level 3. It's all a mystery right now which I want to figure out. But I really couldn't care less about what happened to Phoenix, she needs to learn to control it so people will at least move onto other characters and I wont see a Phoenix team in every match/every other match.

And I really liked Strider in mvc/mvc2, so seeing him back in mvc made me pretty happy. I don't enjoy Frank West being back in the game, and I didn't like him in Tatsunoko. If anything we need Megaman and less resident evil characters, i.e. Nemesis, but Keiji Inafune left Capcom and took Megaman with him. Vergil looks really cool too, actually.

Wow, I completely forgot Frank West was coming into UMvC3 lol, I've been so hyped up about wanting to see PW and RR that I basically forgot everything else. I'm assuming he will be different from how he was in TvC but I'm not really sure what style they are going to give him in MvC. Being honest, the two characters who I really, really wanted have now both made it into UMvC3 so I'm completely happy with the roster (PW and Wesker) but there is quite the outcry from the fans to get Megaman into the game. I'm sure he will be a DLC character because Capcom should see they could easily make money off him. I think there is like no way now you could fit any more Resident Evil characters into the game (inb4 Leon gets put in) unless Capcom have gone crazy. I think they've got enough characters there. Vergil looks super cool from what I've seen and that sword hyper (the one where you have swords around you/over the opponent) looks super interesting and I know once people get into the lab we are going to see some disgustingly pretty combos with him.

Overall I'm pretty happy with how UMvC3 is shaping up, the only things which kind of bother me still are the health bars but it could be that I'm just still not used to them and I'm a bit concerned about the damage. It seems the damage is a lot higher and characters go down easier, but I could be wrong on that.

Yeah, the damage output is much higher than the last game. And I was surprised Vergil looked so awesome, because I was expecting him to be Dante 2.0. Including easymode 30 supers and superior button mashing skill.
