My dad's asleep, but we're really tight. We smoked a couple of bowls tonight, had a nice dinner out, and made fun of the local fatties. This weekend we're going out to the Adirondacks and going canoeing, I'm really excited.

My dad died last year in a motorcycle accident. I watched him pass away after we took him off of life support (his living will stated he did not want to be kept alive). I love him and miss him dearly, as I was very close to him.

It'll take a while to answer. I could call, but my father prefers we don't because he had a throat cancer and does not speak like normal people anymore.

My dad just left and didn't came back when I was 4.
I don't remember anything about him.

Not that I'm sad about it. It's hard to be sad about never having known some stranger.

I'd give my mother a hug. But that would just be awkward. I don't give many hugs. Except to my cats and my dog.

My dad works on the F-18 line for Boeing. He's at work right now. If I tried to go in, I'd get turned away because I don't have security clearance. If I continued to try to get to him, I could be arrested or worse.

I'm not going to risk being arrested just to hug the guy.
