Cure never lets you save pictures, as least in my experience.

Cure has a very odd system which displays the cosplay images. It uses a signature, an access key, and expire timeout. I'm assuming this is to prevent any kind of direct linking.

If you are using Firefox, you can simply go to "Tools" and "Page Info". Click on the "Media Tab" and browse through the images until you find the cosplay photo. There is a "Save As" button which will allow you to save the image to your hard drive.

There are probably media grabbing extensions for other browsers as well as Firefox though to automate the process and make it a bit easier.
