Well I guess we count how many of whatever cosplay is most popular at the time (one year it was Soras, another Mikus, another Yokos etc).

At one con, we had our friend be in every picture with each Miku we found. I think the count was 27 .. lol

Used to buy collectable old school Nausicaa posters, but I havent' been able to find anymore that don't make me look strange.

This is kind of a weird tradition but, I don't actually take off my badge until I'm completely home, unless it's a pin-type badge.

I also always make it a point to buy *something*, even if it's a little trinket from the Artist's Alley.

I have a tradition to being back at last a phone strap and a badge from the artist alley for my friend who misses out every year.

Her parents are massive control freaks.

every time i'm prepping for a con, i decide one character that i'm going to get a plushie version of.
if i can't find that character, i don't buy a plushie.

and my best friend and I make a checklist for everything in a specific pikachu themed notebook...and we listen to all of the same music while counting down the days...

2. buy 1 print minimum from artist alley
3. give out stickers I made to kids that stop by my table (when I have an artist alley table)
4. take photos of cosplayers that look down in the dumps, no matter how bad the cosplays are

Sleep with at least one guest of honor. Usually a voice actor.

I cosplay a character that doesn't suit my body type and gauge the reactions I get and come up with a ratio of good:bad.

Over all I find people's obsession with traps/characters they love outweighs people's obsession with telling people their cosplay is bad.

I take creeper photos of people when they don't look or are posing for someone else. I don't actually ask anyone to pose unless it's too crowded to sneak a pic otherwise. I like how people look when they're not pretending. That's my tradition.

I usually just bake for friends and folks who are standing in line for the con.
I can't bake a huge amount because there's alot of folks, but I like giving out cupcakes and cookies, and I avoid using dairy products, gluten and nuts to avoid.

Whenever someone looks anything even REMOTELY like a character from League of Legends, I like to state in a loudish voice "Hey look it's _____ from League of Legends".

I'm just an asshole looking for a reaction, it's fun to see an Alphonse Elric respond to being "mistaken" for Mordekaiser.

Sushi Land on Day 0 of Sakuracon, have done this every year for the last 3 years. That's all I can think of.
