Well I don't know about you but no, I don't laugh about Gynecomastia.
Guys who have tits as a result of being fat, isn't really that amusing, maybe worth a giggle but I've known 2 guys with Gynecomastia and isn't something to laugh about.
They were both incredibly depressed about the situation and nothing they did would get rid of the excess fatty tissue. They were forever petitioning doctors to have the surgery to remove them to which they were constanty being rejected.

They picked on, made fun of constantly. They could never wear the clothing they wanted, they could never get girlfriends. They were both fucking miserable.
