Depends on how you want to interpret him. Genderless may not leave much of an impression, while shota might be harder to pull off depending on the way you look. I could see him as one of those evil little shotas (or rather, an older shota type, like say Len from Vocaloid in terms of age). On the other hand, I do like seeing him interpreted as a businessman in a suit and such, but you can still do that without being overly masculine; be clean-shaven and you can look like one of those young lawyers. That way you can wear a suit and have the business look without coming off as MANLY MAN.
